Full-Stack Developer

Miso is a fast-growing startup that offers over 200 services through its app. We started as a home cleaning service and have quickly expanded to become a one-stop-shop for all your service needs. Our growth team is dedicated to improving customers’ full journey: ‘Awareness → Acquisition → Conversion → Service → Loyalty'. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can help us grow even faster by building and improving features across the entire stack.


[What you will do]
• Develop new features and functionalities across web and mobile platforms to enhance the customer and partner experience.
• Work on growth experiments to improve the user journey and retention.
• Collaborate with the product team and designers to ensure the best user experience for our customers.
• Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.

자격요건

[What you need]
• Strong experience in web and mobile development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to quickly iterate and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with data analytics and experience in making data-driven decisions.
• Experience with React and React Native, Node.js, Express
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take a deep dive into complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to communicate in English
