[합류하시면 함께 할 업무입니다]
• New Initiative Group과 함께 Guild가 되어 새로운 프로덕트를 기획하고, 만들고, 테스트하는 일에 참여하게 됩니다. New Initiative Group은 Startup Studio(Company Builder) 역할을 하는 조직으로 Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, Business/Data Analyst 등으로 구성됩니다.
• 새로운 아이디어를 기반으로 새로운 제품, 프로토타입 등을 만듭니다. 모바일 앱이 될수도 있고, 웹 앱이 될수도 있고, 단순한 웹페이지가 될 수도 있습니다.
• 퓨처플레이 내부팀들의 생산성과 효율 향상을 위해, 사람이하고 있는 일을 기계가 할 수 있도록 마이크로 프로그램들도 개발합니다.
• 예비 창업가, 초기 스타트업, 포트폴리오사들이 빠르고 효과적으로 성장할 수 있는 아이디어를 제안하고, 시스템으로 개발합니다.
• 과거의 개발 방법론을 고집하지 않고, 10년뒤 미래 개발 방법론을 상상하며 지속적으로 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 연구를 진행합니다. 이러한 연구를 통해 퓨처플레이 피투자사에게 기술을 전파하는 역할을 합니다.

• together with the New Initiative Group, become a member of the Product Initiative Guild and participate in the planning, development and testing of new products. The New Initiative Group is an organization that acts as a Startup Studio (Company Builder) and includes members such as Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business/Data Analysts.
• build product prototypes might be mobile apps, web apps.
• make some micro applications to transform tedious, simple tasks human normally does into automatic machine tasks.
• be able to get chances to suggest new ideas to help pre-founders, startups to grow exponentially.
• not have to be obsessed in outdated engineerings. You'll find and study more advanced engineerings for the future.

자격요건

• React, React Native, Flutter 및 Typescript에 대한 이해도가 높은 분을 찾습니다.
• React 기반의 모듈화, Typescript로 탄탄한 코드를 작성할수 있는 분을 찾습니다.
• 백엔드쪽 개발해본 경험(Express, NestJS, AWS Lambda)이 있으신 분을 찾습니다.
• No-code/less-code 툴들을 활용해보신 분을 찾습니다.
• PM, 기획 및 백엔드 개발자들과 적극적인 소통을 하며, 빠르게 대응해줄 수 있는 분을 찾습니다.
• 간단한 스크립트로 사람이 하는 일을 기계가 하도록 효율을 높여본 경험이 있는 분을 찾습니다.
• 지속적인 개발 트렌드를 공부하며, 같이 지식을 나눌 분을 찾습니다.
• 스타트업의 Product Market Fit(PMF)를 이해하며, 고객지향적으로 시스템을 지속적으로 발전시킬 분을 찾습니다.

[We are looking for developers who…]
• understand advanced level of React, React Native, Flutter and Typescript.
• have some experience in backend like NestJS, AWS Lambda
• utilize no-code/less-code applications for better development
• have good communication skills with project managers, UX designers, backend developers and make features in time.
• have experience building some scripts which makes what people manually do for more efficiency.
• learn and study new technologies diligently and share them with team members.
• understand Product Market Fit(PMF) and to enhance the system consistently accordingly.

우대사항

• 연차는 중요하게 생각하지 않고 있습니다. 다만 서비스, 제품을 처음부터 끝까지 만들어본 개발자면 좋습니다.
• 컴퓨터 공학에 대한 기본기가 탄탄한 분이면 좋습니다.
• 스타트업 창업을 경험해본 분이면 좋습니다.
• 영어로 개발 소통이 가능하신 분이면 좋습니다.
